TLC is mindful of the privacy rights of its members.  At no time, will any Trustee, volunteer or employee of TLC sell or give membership data to any third party for the purposes of business solicitation.

TLC may make membership data available to enterprises that are performing specific marketing or communications projects directly on TLC’s behalf.  Such data sharing is limited to use only for the designated projects.
